Where information must be shared with Unity Institute Inc. for licensed program delivery, platform administration, quality assurance, intellectual-property protection, or support, that sharing is limited to information reasonably necessary for those purposes and is governed by applicable contractual and privacy obligations.

Sources are limited to you, an authorized parent or guardian, an authorized program facilitator, or the Platform used to deliver the requested service.
4How We Collect It
We collect personal information directly from you when you purchase, register, complete a form, submit program work, schedule a session, request support, or communicate with us. We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically through essential, functional, and analytics technologies. Information may also be received from payment processors, financing providers, referral partners, authorized facilitators, or Unity Institute Inc. where reasonably necessary for the U.S. purchase or licensed program you selected.
5How We Use Information
- To process U.S. purchases, collect applicable taxes, administer refunds, and maintain transaction records.
- To create and manage accounts and provide access to purchased programs, systems, and services.
- To deliver program content, assessments, support, feedback, facilitated sessions, and related communications.
- To manage payment plans, subscriptions, third-party financing, and fraud prevention.
- To send receipts, access credentials, system notices, policy updates, and other transactional communications.
- To send educational or promotional communications where permitted, with the ability to unsubscribe.
- To improve the Platform, program delivery, accessibility, customer experience, and operational security.
- To protect licensed intellectual property, investigate misuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
Consumer health or other sensitive information is used only for the disclosed program-delivery, support, safety, legal, or administrative purposes. We do not use it for targeted advertising or sell it.
6Authority & Legal Basis
We process personal information as reasonably necessary to perform a transaction or contract with you, provide a product or service you requested, comply with law, protect rights and security, operate our business, or pursue other legitimate business purposes permitted by applicable U.S. law. Where consent is required, including for particular marketing communications or certain sensitive-data practices, we obtain and document that consent.
Where Nevada consumer-health-data requirements apply, VenCap collects consumer health data only with affirmative, voluntary consent or to the extent necessary to provide the product or service you requested. Sharing beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service requires any separate consent required by applicable law. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal and operational limitations.
7How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
- Unity Institute Inc. as licensor and program owner, for licensed delivery, quality assurance, support, platform administration, intellectual-property protection, and program development.
- Service providers that host the Platform, process payments, manage communications, provide forms or scheduling, perform analytics, support accounting, or protect against fraud.
- Facilitators and authorized delivery personnel involved in the specific program or service you selected and subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to enforce agreements or protect a person, VenCap, Unity Institute Inc., or the Platform.
- Business transactions involving a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
Consumer health information is not shared except as necessary to provide the requested product or service, with any consent required by applicable law, or where legally authorized or required.
8Service Providers
We use the following categories of third-party providers to operate U.S. sales and program delivery:
- Kajabi — website, program hosting, account access, and checkout.
- Payment processors — Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna.
- Email & CRM — Kajabi Email and Pipedrive.
- Scheduling & forms — Calendly and Jotform.
- Analytics & platform services — Google Analytics and Meta platform services.
These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for VenCap or support the licensed program you selected. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms. Payment-card and financing decisions are made by the applicable payment or financing provider under its separate policies.
9Cookies & Tracking
We use essential, functional, session, and analytics cookies or similar technologies to operate the Platform, maintain secure sessions, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. We do not use advertising cookies and do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-party platform and analytics providers may collect technical or interaction information through the services they provide and under their own privacy policies. You may control cookies through browser settings; disabling essential or functional cookies may affect access or Platform operation. Where legally required and applicable to our actual practices, we recognize supported browser-based privacy preference signals.
10Marketing & Communications
We may send educational and promotional emails where permitted by law or where you have opted in. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. You may opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not stop receipts, account notices, access information, security communications, policy notices, or other transactional messages.
11Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, continued access you purchased, dispute resolution, enforcement, and applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations. General retention guidelines include:
- Transaction, enrollment, tax, and accounting records: generally at least 7 years.
- Platform access, progress, and usage records: for the access period and generally up to 2 years afterward.
- Marketing consent and opt-out records: while active and generally up to 2 years afterward.
- Support, refund, and complaint communications: generally up to 3 years after resolution.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely dispose of it. Backup or archival deletion may occur on a delayed cycle where permitted by law.
12Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information, including access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted transmission where supported, secure service providers, and incident-response procedures. Access to consumer health and other sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel and processors where reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we investigate suspected incidents and provide legally required notices where applicable.
13Interstate & International Processing
VenCap, Unity Institute Inc., and their service providers may process information in Nevada, elsewhere in the United States, or in other jurisdictions where they operate. Information processed outside your state or country may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction. We use reasonable contractual, administrative, and technical measures intended to protect information across these processing arrangements.
14Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law applies to VenCap, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; or appeal a denied request. VenCap does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Nevada residents
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing VenCap not to make a sale of covered information as defined by Nevada law. VenCap does not currently make such sales. Nevada requests may be sent to [email protected] with the subject “Nevada Privacy Request.” Where the Nevada opt-out law applies, VenCap responds within 60 days and may extend the response period by up to 30 additional days when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
California residents
If and to the extent VenCap is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents may have rights to know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising those rights. Requests may be sent to [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Where the law applies, VenCap responds within the legally required period, generally 45 calendar days, subject to permitted extensions.
Consumer health data rights
Where Nevada consumer-health-data law applies, you may request confirmation of whether VenCap is collecting, sharing, or selling consumer health data; request access to or deletion of that data; request a list of third parties with whom it was shared; withdraw consent; and appeal a refusal to act. VenCap does not sell consumer health data. Submit a request to [email protected].
Verification and authorized agents
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, residence, authority, or the scope of a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of the agent’s authority. Verification information is used only to process and document the request.
15Children's Privacy
The U.S. purchasing Platform and general Offerings are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent where required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
Where a licensed Offering is specifically designed for a participant under 18, the purchase and participation must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian provides the required consent for collection and use of information necessary to deliver the Offering. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete it where required.
Additional participant-protection standards are set out in our Youth Safeguarding Policy.
16Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, service providers, programs, or business practices. The effective date and version number at the top identify the current Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where reasonably appropriate or legally required, communicated to affected users. We will not materially expand the categories or purposes for collecting, using, or sharing consumer health data without the disclosure and consent required by applicable law.
